Unfortunately, regardless of his achievements and skills, Batman is still a human and is still vulnerable to several human weaknesses. When confronted with beings who are much stronger than Batman, such as Superman and Darkseid, he tends to rely on technology and his natural physical conditioning to either achieve victory or make a hasty retreat. 3 Would Lose To: The Sentry. The Sentry was meant to be Marvel's Superman with a twist - he is his own worst enemy, literally. This is what makes him so dangerous; he can snap at any time and use his vast power to become the Void, a monster with no scruples. He's probably also more powerful than Superman as well. DC One Million Superman was boosted in every single way possible, becoming faster, stronger, and more inspiring than any other version of Superman. A god in his own right, this version of Clark Kent demonstrates the full capabilities of Superman. Great as this Superman is, he's been shown to lose to some unimpressive villains before. 1 Hawkman Would Embarrass Beast. Beast is one of the oldest X-Men and has also been an Avenger and a member of the Illuminati. He's strong, agile, and acrobatic, and has been a superhero since he was a teenager. In recent years, he's become more hard-edged than ever, doing whatever it takes to win. I’d guess stronger than Batman, but not stronger than Aquaman and significantly weaker than Superman and Wonder Woman. He did (spoiler for Hawkman #1 out last week!) shatter a giant stone gorilla with one strike of his mace, though. So pretty strong. . why even include everyone except superman and the flash? like, the relative speed of spiderman, batman, wolverine, and hulk compare to just superman, who is even slower than the flash, is just absurd. it's like saying "i'm stronger than superman, the hulk, and five kittens combined". why even add the five kittens? Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman united to stop the triple threat. Usually, Superman is the one who faces Bizarro, but Batman armored up and went toe-to-toe with one of DC's most powerful villains. Like all of his exoskeletons, Batman's Trinity armor enhanced his strength and speed and also protected him from the full impact of Bizarro's fists. Although Superman and Martian Manhunter are both nigh unbeatable, the Martian has a clear advantage over his JLA leader. On many occasions, Kent has expressed that J'onzz is the one being he is most scared to fight, and for good reason. Manhunter 's power set is simply too diverse for Superman to overcome, and he would be mentally overwhelmed. The Martian Manhunter can fly, shoot beams of energy from his eyes, and use his hands to shoot fire. He also has the ability to create energy shields. Superman is afraid of Martian Manhunter because he understands how powerful he can be when fully trained. The Man of Steel never underestimates Martian Manhunter and respects his abilities. Things like experience and on-the-fly craftiness matter, even in the face of an opponent stronger than you. In the world of comics, it’s how characters like Batman are able to fight gods and monsters and still come out the other end alive, as one’s wits are the key to winning any battle.
